Broken Bones And Canadian TV
Hello Everyone,
Another Friday is here and what a crazy week it has been. Wednesday morning around 3:00am I was stepping over my dog gate and my knee gave out. I tried to compensate, but my other foot got caught on the gate and I crashed to the ground. This fall left me with two broken wrists and two broken elbows. How am I typing you ask? With two fingers and very carefully. Also painfully. Later that morning I received an email about a television interview with a channel in Canada. We are working on dates so stay tuned for that.
Before all this happened I did manage to get two interviews done this week. The first was with John Benko of Deeper Truth Catholics. We discusses the beginning of the apostolate and what they are up to now. In the interest of full disclosure I do a weekly show for them on Wednesday nights. The other was with acclaimed author Mike Aquilina. He has released several books this year, but we discussed the one titled History’s Queen which is a great book that discusses the influence of Mary in all ages from her time to now. The book was released by Ave Maria Press back in September.
As you can imagine I wasn’t able to get much writing done this week. I did do another edit on the book and corrected a couple typos. My top, and only, article this week was a recap of my interview with the Rome Boys. You can check out the article here. However, Patheos did promote an older article I wrote about the Biblical proofs for the Eucharist. I adapted this post to be part of a chapter in my book.
The top podcast this week was my conversation with my friend J.M. Kraemer of the Lego Church Project. Take a listen here. The top video of the week was the conversion story of my friend Kristin Van Tilborg.
You are all in my prayers.
In Christ,
William
